This application is the absolute best free image editor you will ever find. Stop looking for something else.
It's a little bit difficult to learn how to use, but that's because it has so MANY features.
My favorite feature is the "smooth skin" filter. It made me look 10 years younger!

"Sweet and nice digital image editing and enhancement program"
The best freeware digital image editing and enhancement program in my opinion. I have tried many other image editing software (Freeware/Shareware), but Photoscape is among the few that gives me the best impression. So easy to use, sweet & fast.
If you have hundreds of photo to edit every now & then, this program is the one you can rely on. Very efficient and lesser time needed.
I like the "Backlight" & the "Instant Frame" feature in the editor that usually seem in commercial softwares.
Nothing short of a 5 star freeware.

I have used Photoshop Elements for years with good results. However, this program does an execllent job, also. I am always hesitant to download new programs, because they are often not as described. This one works great! Try it and you will not be disappointed.

"Top shelf program!"
I've used several freeware and commercial photo editing programs. Photoscape is undoubtedly one of the best due to stability (hasn't crashed or frozen yet!), clean and intuitive interface and impressive editing results. Only minor omission is a 1-click "quick Fix" option.
