"Minor Flaws"
It won't hold the horizontal window size, at least under Vista. Seriously, does anyone test this software on Vista before it is released? From all I have read, many running Vista seem to have problems with Piriform software. Please consider adding a few GOOD Vista testers.

This file is great. I delete my windows xp and install vista. Vista runs real slow on my computer so instead of reinstalling xp again, I just delete vista and recovered all the files from xp.

I guess I can see why someone would rate this with a 5. They probably wanted to recover a file, found this freebie, got their file back, and then reflexively came back and rated to the max. Or maybe they didn't even need to recover a file, and simply ran the utility, saw a bunch of files listed, and thought that was impressive.
This utility can recover files, sometimes. If the file is contiguous, or mostly so. If its directory entry is still present. If it hasn't been partially ovewritten. But if the recovery scenario isn't just right, don't expect much. If you really need to recover data, you'll often need a real utility, like WinHex.
