"Backup jungle"
In the jungle of backup utilities I am very impressed to have found such a professional piece of software and it is even freeware. Very pleased - thanks by: jenso | 5 | 2005-01-03 |

"Don't need to install it"

"Awesome Utility"
An ex coworker of mine had this application and i spent a long time looking for it. I found it and man does it rock. It syncs your files so effortlessly and you get plenty of options to pass to it as well. I use this to sync my college homework from my Memorex USB Thumbdrive to my hard drive here at home.
Its hard to believe something this incredible is freeware. by: Zero | 5 | 2004-10-23 |

"Saved my Bacon"
I used a older version, set it, forgot about it for almosta year. Used a old Zip 100 for the backup. During a defrag, my virus scanner popped up, locked, and yes crashed Win XP. Had to "reload Windows." My daughter freaked out, all her college documents, and worst yet photos from a old digital camera we no longer have. It worked, had her stuff, my bookmarks, yeah. I am a middle aged fart, trust me, easy to use without doing anything cosmic. by: Nick | 5 | 2004-10-06 |

"This is all you need"
Been looking around for something to sync my documents between my desktop and laptop, and I found it. Works wonders... and it is freeware. No need to look any further. by: Steve | 5 | 2004-09-05 |

"Great!!"
Does exactly what you would expect synchronising software to do. I am synchronising across a network and does it perfectly. Can run in the background or scheduled to run at a set time.

"The perfect backup and Sync buddy"
Not only that you get a professional application for free with reliable functionality and loads of bells and whistles. You have the chance to share your thoughts and ideas in the developer's forum and so you can be part of the ongoing success.
10 out of 5 stars if it were possible! by: it's just me | 5 | 2004-06-17 |

"awesome"
i did not search for freeware backup tools, i just wanted a good one. i tried at first many shareware ones, none was good enough (not enough features). i tried some freeware ones... as i expected ... they were not so good, but ... syncback was unexpectedly VERY good compared to all others. i'm currently using it :). by: happy_user | 5 | 2004-06-16 |

"Very nice utility!"
I've been searching for a program which i can use for syncronizing my K-meleon bookmarks.html file between my work and home PC-s thru an FTP.
I haven't found any for long, I decided to write my own, but I haven't got time to finish it, finally this application solved my problem. It's free, and easy to use.
After I set my Profiles filter up I could sync only the file I needed.
If I could have a paypay account I would donate to the programmer, because his job greatly worth it! by: Micheller Csaba | 5 | 2004-04-11 |

"Love it!"
This software is great. I must have tried 6 other sync software products. Had issues with them all. This one since it is freeware allowed me to set it up and get it working, test it out free of charge.. once i decide it it worked good for me I sent the guy a small payment. I'n not even sure if i will use it forever, I was just so happy I could get it to do what I wanted!. I use it to back up and sync between desktop and laptop. Trying weekly sync/back up of docs, and photos, and doing sync on start up/ every 30min for laptop of bookmarks and outlook.pst from desktop. Very good program. by: kalo93406 | 5 | 2004-04-08 |

"A bit quirky at times, but excellent nonetheless"
The only freeware application for file synchronization and backup that I've seen that actually works. It's a bit quirky at first, but settles down after a few runs. Does what it says it will do, is easy to use, and fairly customizable. I use this to back up work data from a zip disk to my hard drive at home. by: Hugh Jass | 5 | 2004-04-07 |
