"Absolutely great"
This is the first file manager since Windows 3.1 that really does what such a tool should do. Fantastic job.
You will regret every day you lived without it by: chili | 5 | 2007-12-12 |

"Best program to date"
This program is absolutely wonderful! You don't need any other file manager but this one. Make sure you get it!!

"Caution! Virus!"
Avira antivirus detects a trojan virus inside this app. Prior versions did not have it. by: archie | 3 | 2007-12-10 |

"The best"
I tested many file explorers and this is the best explorer up to now.
Tip1: To speed up browsing folders with many files go to menu->Extras->Settings->View->Icons.
Now set all the icons to "Registered".
Tip2: create tabs to all your most use folders and keep the tabs open.
Learn the possibilties of the program to optimally use it. by: alpha1 | 5 | 2007-11-24 |

"Good prog"
I WOULD prefer UltraExplorer. It's more elegant, faster, and it provides very intelligent functionalities. However, UltraExplorer has one flaw left at the moment: it makes problems when you run it with normal user rights (no installation in user directory - only main program files dir). So, I'd stick with freeCommander unless UltraExplorer's prob will be solved. by: Sir Swinger | 4 | 2007-11-18 |

"Why use this?"
Why use this? use Total Commander it works to a 100% even after the evaluation period, just press a button each time it start, Total Commander is like 200% better! by: Almost! | 3 | 2007-10-22 |

"Good !"
The problem that this is Explorer replacement and not Total Commander :(
I hope in the next versions the hotkeys will be closer to Total Commander's. by: NN | 5 | 2007-09-22 |

"Great, very useful, stable"
I've been using FreeCommander for nearly two years now and it's been a great help. It is very stable and in several ways more reliable than the Windows Explorer. I particularly like the synchronize folders feature. Great work! by: Yoho_125 | 5 | 2007-08-26 |

"Excellent utility"
I've been using fC for some time now. I love the program and its one of the first prgrams I install on any new machines I work on.
New features that I would really love to see are;
- advanced renaming functionality, perhaps using regex
- if you could incorporate some sort of windiff functionality to compare files it was also be a great addition
Keep up the good work by: floyd.pepper | 5 | 2007-08-15 |
