i tested both for a longer period. izarc has some bugs, tugzip runs perfect. izarc is a bit ugly, tugzip has a neat look. so whatcha think which one i chose?

i discovered some bugs in this. sometimes it does not extract the contents of a folder in the archive file and it extracts the folder as empty, this bug should be checked

This is a good archive tool, but it can not compress as rar. :-(

"Vista Support, Please..."
So far, this is the best archiving tools, I've ever use.
Sadly, this thing doesn't fully support Vista; yet.
It works fine, and installed fine at Vista.
But it won't integrate itself with the new shell. ...so when I want to extract some compressed file(s), ...need to double click-it, press the extract button, and choose the destination.
...now imagine that with 3 digit number of files...

I've replaced 7-Zip with this great app. It's fast, has good compression ratios, user-friendly UI and all this at no cost!! Try it and you won't look back.
