Freeware file defraggers are sparse .. This version from Iobit has cleared up a graphical problem I had with it's previous offering on my win2000... Upon install , do go to the settings/options to customize auto settings... it's relatively fast and thorough has reasonably good results report and i've had no functional problems.. the auto defrag does suck some power and , perhaps , is a bit over-kill, but this can be disabled ... run it twice ,as I often do anyway , for most complete results

This is a suspicious program. Check out iobit.com, the author's website, where it is marked as 'Freeware Files Editor's Pick'. This Program with version 1.1 Beta is released on Date 2006-11-20 and is nowhere listed as Editor's pick on FreewareFiles.com on the same date.
