I have used gom, klite(which is just as good), windvd, etc. and I can only say that this player rocks. It plays all my videos plus my alegbra and trigonometry video tutors that requires real player and quick time, which kmplayer replaced both so that I dont have to use quicktime and realplayer. kmplayer doesnt install any crap in your system, it remains in its folder and plays from whats in that folder to keep my OS clean. I give all props to kmplayer.

To be honest I do not know which player is the best. Most of the times I try all the players for a perticalar file and sometimes one the other time the other is playing that file best. I also like gomplayer, VLC, SMplayer and powerDVD and use them all.
I give gomplayer 4, vlc 4, smplayer 5 and powerdvd 3 points!

Check out VLC. It plays anyt media file. Just drag the file you want to play onto it and it will most likely play it.
