"Didn't Screw Up My Machine"
I did have to reinstall one printer driver from Kinko's, but other than that the program worked flawlessly!
I even deleted ALL the RED and Green Registry entrys that the program found to be invalid or not
pointing to anywhere.
I DID MAKE A RESTORE POINT in Windows XP prior to Deleting the files AND the Do System backup file
was checked prior to doing the Deletions.
I would highly recommend this program. It deleted almost 1,000 files that were pointing nowhere and completely uninstalled 2 programs in the ADD/REMOVE folder that had not previously been removed entirely.
I rate it 100%

"Super Cool ..!!!"
I was using other registry cleaners and optimisers and did not expect much of this one ..... but after running it it found over 1000 invalid enties, which I wiped. I did'nt have any problems and my pc is much more peppy now!! Well done and tnx!!

Cleaned my registry of well over 850 entries, most of which were for items deleted or uninstalled many months ago. While I haven't done any actual speed measurements, the system certainly feels much more peppy and applications do seem to open more quickly. While I didn't experience any problems, those with "System Restore," such as XP users, would be well advised to create a restore point before actually cleaning the registry (others should back up their computers). With that said, the program lacks adequate instructions and/or a "help" feature. An installer would also be handy. But, beyond that, a well done utility that will certainly remain in my arsenal of Windows maintenance tools.

A registry cleaner that really does the job.The programe cleaned more than 500 entries on the first try,I have tried a few programes over the years and this one is a keeper.

Consider disregarding the two (as of 2-9-05) negative reviews here; it would appear these two reviewers are referring to a different program. You can tell by all the other reviews that this is a very nicely executed program that does its job very well.
But don't forget to make a restore point before cleaning, just in case.

This is a warning. This category of software can mess up your computer.
Anytime you mess with the registry stuff stop working.
My internet connections were messed up even though this software removed something i wanted off the add/remove software list in control panel. It's not worth it. You have been warned. Get ready to restore windows if you don't listen.

Simply the best free registry cleaner for Windows XP. It is fast, relatively efficient vis-a-vis paid registry tweakers/cleaners. I have done the cleaning at least five times now and never did I have to revert to an old registry. A must have for Windows XP users who like to try out several applications.
