Better than FF. Example? The standard tabbrowser features are much better than in rubbish FF. IE is getting better. Why? Because they work together with the team of Maxthon! :)

"At Last"
At last the skilled users get Final version and the average users should be safe as well with default settings unlike in IE6. The begginers should keep using Firefox, since IE can seem to be too complicated for them. So far, there is only Opera, which looks better to me than IE7. I wish, that IE8 would be able block referrers as it block all cookies except allowed and also a few minor things. But as the overall rating, IE7 is the second fastest browser and it is as safe as others, in fact a bit more after proper settings, so I give it Excellent.

Sheesh man what is wrong with the vision of the Microsoft Team? its a simple stripped version of FIREFOX. There is no way a FireFox user would wanna switch back now, because FIREFOX is now way ahead of the game, because of EXTENSIONS! I use 10 extensions, and have so customized my browser to my sedimentary lifestyle, that IE7 was actually a pain to use.
Better than IE6 for the general folks, but no where close to FIREFOX. Sheesh! Opera 9 has still done a way better job, thanks to the Widgets.
