"Some Secrets kept"

I find LEd a good program with some well architected latex templates. I am using it for most of my work that does not involve "addition to preamble".

Some how, I have not been able to find the location of preamble in templates (such as "PhD Dissertation English"), and find it impossible to insert .jpgs.
