On a site of the author is indicated, that is required DirectX 9 and good videocard.

"D3D9.dll shortage."
Download OK on Win98... Unsuccessful install because of some missing D3D9.dll file. I found this file but getting it was another problem.. deleted the whole mess which worked fine.
