| "A Fine Program" It is very simple, not as much you can do with it as in other programs, but the big plus is you can get some versions of the Bible for free that do not come with the other programs.

| "Great Little Program" I use this for general reading and for a quick word search. It's no problem to run on a USB either. The full program uses under 30 megs with several versions.

| "I tried and liked it" I did check out your software and I liked it. I really appreciate that your software is free, there are so many Bible Software programs out there, but now that many good ones are free, other Christian's don't need to redo what is already available. Bless you for helping to get the Gospel out in new modern areas.

| "Great Program" As the webmaster responsible for links on our website, I personally downloaded and tested this Bible software on my home PC, for usefulness and functionality. Other than the fact that some of the modules don't have the 'Words of Christ in Red' (something I'm told is outside of BerBible's control), the Berean Bible is a very nice program.
Great search capability, highlighted matches. Lightweight, yet very functional.

| "Excellent software with high-speed search" Because I run a Christian mega-site, Lynn asked me to visit the BerBible site to refer others. I tried the software myself, and WOW! That is what *I* have been looking for. Most non-professional Bible programs--even commercial software--don't use *indexed* search algorithms, so searching takes a long time even on a modern computer and only finds one match at a time. Berbible uses an indexed search that finds all matches in less than half a second! (To maximize/minimize, etc., right-click the Title Bar.)

| " First choice!" Wow! OK, I am a professional, having put about 34 years into computing before other stuff happened. I have around a dozen internet bookmarks for online bibles, and I have QuickVerse with 28 translations and maybe 135 reference books.
And I'm finding that I'm heading for Berean Bible (2.40) first! I may pick up something else second, because Berean Bible is intended to run on any computer, no matter how old, slow or small, for about any user who can find the power-on switch on their computer! In the interests of simplicity, Berean Bible leaves off "scholarly" capabilities like Strongs' numbering, commentaries, maps, etc.
Berean Bible (http://berbible.org) has versions for Windows, Pocket-PC/Mobile and Palm.
