"Simple and useful" Since I've been using it, I feel much better when leaving the office. I suffered from headaches before, now it seems they are gone. Maybe if I remember about taking breaks before, I would have to wear glasses. Anyway, take care of yourself and your eyes. With our without this programm. by: mark	5	2009-11-20
