"Its a cookie cleaner"

Pros: Scans are fast,its free. Cons: Vague descriptions, no realtime protection, pins itself to start menu, silly descriptions of possible infections. Other Thoughts: I dislike programs that kinda try to scare you with flashing red signs, this program tries to scare you into upgrading in general.
Its never found any severe infections on my pc which is fine but any mild security risk is highlighted like its the end of the world.
When you click for a description it opens your browser to a page that gives you a general description that explains nothing.
There is no realtime protection so why is it set at default to start with windows?
I don't need a program loading into memory that does nothing.
I find this program kinda pointless when you could use a good freeware program like spybot or threat fire...Was this review helpful? 6 out of 18 users found this review helpful.

Pros: Very much improved. Everything is that much quicker, than before. Updates and scan are fast. My previous problem with getting prograam to launch on start up, was fixed by removing administrator privileges. Cons: None, so far. SUPERAntiSpyware Free 5.0.1108
Pros: Like the upgrade and newer gui. Have been using it for years and never had any problems or issues along with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Defs are avail daily and works along with AVG Internet Security in my systems. Cons: None so far. As stated, never really had issues. Plan to use the pro version when my Webroot expires. Highly recommend to those who haven't tried it yet.
Other Thoughts: Use to like Spybot - Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware but both have gone way downhill. Too long to startup,scan drags, updates n/a,crashes. Not worth the headaches.Was this review helpful? 43 out of 88 users found this review helpful.

Pros: Good,quick scans. Found a tracking cookie recently, but nothing else. Cons: Cannot get it to load on start up. On Sas tech advice, I uninstalled it and re-installed it. Still no joy, so I have to launch it manually. This started with v 4.47,and the problem persists....... Pros: It's great at removing adware, and it's free. Cons: No real time protection on the free version. I never have found anything but adware with this program, no spyware whatsoever. But others have found spyware that this one missed. I set my browser up to delete cookies on exit, so now when I run a scan with this program it finds nothing, so IMO your better off just to have your cookies deleted instead of spending time scanning only to have this program delete them for you. A scheduled scan is not available on the free version. Other Thoughts: To be fair, almost everything I run I scan with AVG and if possible send it to virus total, if it shows any type of spyware I will not attempt installing a program. This is a good program for adware, but it should be called "SuperAntiAdware" IMO. Was this review helpful? 79 out of 163 users found this review helpful.

Other Thoughts: Author really listened to suggestions on repairing damage from malware that destroyed the ability to run EXE files on removal.
Program is really good, simple, easy to use.
