"You should probably look elsewhere..."
I tried this app for about two months. Like other reviewers have said, there is an overabundance of false-positives when scanning, so you never really know what's going to hurt you or what isn't unless you research what the program detects. Another problem I found with the program is the user interface - it is far too barebones and really doesn't give the user much control over the program at all. And lastly, but perhaps the biggest issue with Panda - it did not protect my system from being infected with malware that attempted to hijack my OS. Fortunately, MalwareBytes saved me from this attack.
So can I recommend Panda Cloud Antivirus? No, not really. It's a wonderful concept, but the program just isn't a contender.....yet.

"Fair but not square"
Has found far too many false positives here, when those findings appeared to be clean within 41 anti-malware apps (via VirusTotal.com). Removed.

"RAM +"
While it MAY be true that this uses less CPU it is also true that loves RAM in a big way. Not only does it like to eat RAM but strangely enough many other unrelated process quadrupled in their consumption of RAM.
In fact my PC was noticeably slower than usual. While running this programs that used to respond instantaneously now presented the old hourglass.

Ps. It should also be noted that the scanning off base. It takes information from your hard drive and uploads it to their server. Don't think I like that !

Very useful security suite. I´ve used many free antivirus and Panda Cloud is the best so far. NO false positive, easy to use, really soft, cool desing and good protection. Very recommended.

If you try to uninstall this program it leaves all sorts of things running in the background and is extremely labor intensive to find them and fix your OS. I do not recommend.
