| "What went wrong!" 2 flawless years with this program. Excellent cleaner. Then problems for me. I suspect an XP or a dot net update broke this app. Had to delete it. And very sorry to see it go.

| "CleanCache does not work" It does not work. After I installed and ran it, it gave me an error message: Quote: The applications failed Initialize Properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.Unquote. My computer OS is Windows XP SP2
