"crapware firewall...."
This firewall is ok untill you get attacked by a worm like the one posing as antivirus ive seen quite offen , this worm literly destroyed by computer and this firewall had the nerve to say : your computer is under attack etc. , What happened to protecting my computer like its supposed to do ??? I will never use this firewall again period. It does not stop worms or malware from infecting your system. I just got finished re-installing windows a few min ago as a result of this horrible product -Do not use this firewall! TRUST.

blocked me out of my computer, not allowing any kind of action... and it all started w/ a simple Comodoro update...

CF Pro 3.0.21.368 slowed my computer to near freezing. Have reverted to Comodo Firewall Free. It doesn't have an anti-keylogger but I have Spycatcher Express, which takes care of this task.

Well I must say that I am a Comodo Admirer - remark this, but this....
Well I am using XP, right now I have Comodo 3.0.18.309 - I don't know whether this is beta version BUT GUYS IT REALLY STINKS right now.
Overall it is really great, but hey comodo researches - IT DOESN'T work.
Here are my problems.
When in Custom Policy Mode or in Train with Safe Mode - dear Comodo just blocks my Internet activity and no actions taken by me in the "Network Security Policy" make any difference. I even allowed almost everything in "Network Security Policy" but no Internet access was at all.
The only way out was disabling Comodo but then after going again in Train in Safe mode or other after 5 minutes or so blocked my Internet access again.
Well guys I used to have Comodo version 2.*.**.*** - it worked good and no such dog .... (guess what).
I don't know if 3.0.27.327 is any better but if the same it's DOG .... .
You know, it's like Panasonic office PBX - it claims to have everything - but thes everything really doesn't work.
I am very disappointed, I really admire Comodo but THIS......

Read somewhere online, all comodo products are buggy & crap.Found Bitdefender internet security great,Kaspersky voted as best by PC World 2007,Norton 2nd.No mention of comodo.PC-cillin pretty good too.I use low resource 8-signs,best on filter option.Try comodo at your own risk.

I have tried installing this firewall on vista business twice and the result is pure chaos because it denies access to essential programs at start up and the end result is,your pc just freezes. I had to unistall it in safe mode.

I gave this a 5 rating, as it is extreemly good stuff. BUT version 3.0.8.214 Beta is not really ready for general use. I had several problems with it, had to use System Restore - and re-installed the previous version. I will wait for the next few beta's to come through before trying it again.

Dang, previous version 2.4.18.184 at 7.57mb download (16.3mb installed size) to 18.37mb download!?. I wonder at what this installs. For now , I just gave it a 3-with-?. [a try later score]
