"Poor Managment" Shot Online fails to produce what they commit to. They favorite certain players and violate there own policy. Many people spend real money on items then they end up losing there cash paid items and SO will not refund there money. When making complaints about other members they refuse to review the issue and close the complaint as it was resolved. Also they can and will ban you from the game for no reason at all and keep your money that you have spent on the game. They also ask for too much info to play a game, the only info they should need is a user name and password, not telephone number, address etc.... As a result in that i find this game to be nothing more then a scam to make money. It's a downloaded game and is tax free to the owners. by: Chris	1	2006-04-05
