Not related to this game software.Was just looking for a freeware file thought it may be here at www.freewarefiles.com.It's called 'SAMURAI' and is supposedly a system guard, containing lots of PC Guards such as your registry,host,etc files.I ran 'Ewido micro anti-spyware scanner' and to my surprise I had over 50 Adware,Generic,Coolwebsearch,
Starware,Roguesuspect,Titanicshield and a trojan called 'Agent.fv'.I don't know if this software actually found all these but I had them.So,if you come across a freeware called 'Samurai' avoid or use with caution.I put it here so you'd all be aware.No where else to put it at the mo.

Pros: Units seem to be quite balanced, the rules have some interesting parts which can't be found in other TBS games
Cons: Not enough in-game help, the interface is poor and unfriendly.

You can select a map, but once you do that, you can't do anything else, except go back to the main menu (escape) or select help (F1), which by the way is almost useless. There is no cursor and none of the keys respond when pressed. On this screen nothing can be selected and I could find no way to make the game proceed.
I actually downloaded this game on another freeware site and forgot why I deleted it. Now I know why. Talk about learning the hard way...TWICE!!!

This is a highly playable, near professional quality tactical wargame -- for free. Lots of people on the wargame forums are talking about it -- some think it's one the best free wargames on the net.
