"Good chess game" by: CharlieOrlando Other Thoughts: AlphaChess is a good, easy-to-use chess game. To be sure, the computer AIs intelligence isn't much to write home about, but it's not to bad either. The only real caveat that I can find is that the program tries to connect to the Net upon being installed. I have no idea why. So, if you have a good firewall, you may want to prevent those connections just to "play it safe." Otherwise, I have no complaints about AlphaChess.
