Definitely one of the best freeware games available! The game is fun, the music is great, and all the material is original!
The only problem I'm getting is this time, there doesn't seem to be any music... maybe its a problem on my comp, rather than the game...

Graphics : Overall, quite impressive, although not the best I've seen. The platforms are a little repetitive and some of the characters look like they've been made with a hammer and chisel.
Score : 7/10
Music/Sound FX : Not too bad. The soundtrack is okay, but nothing to write home about. Some of the sound effects, however, are a little wierd. Should kiling a bird really produce a sound like a strangled cat ?
Score : 5/10
Gameplay : Left much to be desired. It's very difficult, but in an extremely irritating/frustrating sort of way. For instance, one of the bosses has an attack that cannot be avoided effectively by jumping or walking out of the way; whether I got hit or not was more down to luck than skill. Most bosses can kill you with two hits and getting killed sometimes means starting the entire level all over again (sigh). Even if you're an ace games player, I can guarantee that the first enemy you meet will kill you at least three times before you get anywhere.
Score : 5/10
Story : It's kind of hard to judge this, because although many will claim otherwise, this isn't a real RPG (no more so than Super Mario Brothers or Sonic the Hedgehog). There are no carried items as such, stats, weapons or magic spells. The plot isn't all that original (evil empires, slave girl with unique powers etc. you know, the usual) and I didn't get that far with the game anyway (about 10%), so maybe it gets better and more original as it goes on. Score : 4/10

This game should never have existed. Don't bother. It's way to hard and it has almost *no* RPG elements.

finally! a supermetroid/castlevania type game for the computer, and its free! i love it, kinda hard tho
