| | | | "Very powerful... Perhaps too powerful..."
This program has every feature I've been looking for. It has a timer, stopwatch, countdown timer, and reminder. However, for every feature I need, there are 50 more I don't need. This makes the program overly complicated to use.
For example, if you just want to create a timer for 10 minutes:
- Open the program
- Click "Timer: Add new or change existing"
- Click "Add"
- Make a name for the Timer
- Click "Start counting from: 15 minutes" to open yet another dialog
- Set the value to 10 minutes, and click OK
- Click OK to close the dialog and create the timer
- Close the first dialog which displays a list of all your timers
- Close the "Quick Task" window
- The timer doesn't start automatically, so go over to the timer and click the Start button.
The default sound effect is a quick and not so loud ding-dong which means you may not even hear the timer go off.
The timer has finished. If you don't need it anymore, you have to delete it manually.
Double click the system tray icon, select your timer, and click "Delete". Then close the dialog. Right click the tray icon and select "close" to close the program.
On another note, the program starts off as a 30-day trial which lets you create as many timers as you want. After the 30 days are up, it downgrades to the freeware version, in which you can only have one active timer. by: Jahamaville | 3 | 2008-09-11 | | | | ""
Nice software, seems handy
perfectly safe by: Dombev | 4 | 2008-09-11 | | | | "GREAT DR Timer"
I have been searching everywhere for a very customizable timer.. I mean dozens... I finally found this one.. It is great because during our Disaster Recovery test, I can have this timer off on another monitor.. This is the best, most flexible timer I've found.. WORTH buying! by: ncsdiver | 5 | 2008-08-11 | | | | "Not really free"
I created multiple clocks but after 30 days it deleted all the clocks except for one per group. After 30 days if you want more than one clock per group you have to buy the deluxe version.
Hence, I am now searching for a new program. It be great if it was really free, but IT'S NOT!! by: LSJ | 3 | 2008-05-24 | | | | "excellent"
Simple, practical, efficient tool. by: Isocrate27 | 5 | 2007-07-30 | | | | "recommended!"
excellent software! multiple timers, countdowns, clocks... exactly what I was looking for. many skins, you can adjust the transparency level and size. A little heavy on the RAM (12200K) by: e.k. | 5 | 2006-09-24 | | | | "Excellent!"
I'm back. Just looking at skin-ability. To other poster: to load skins try this:
Double-click app's tray icon.
CLOCK: Click Clock in left panel.
Then click "Show clock" main section. Then click "Edit."
Repeat for timer, stopwatch, etc.
You'll see there are many, many skins and skin options to choose from. Very, very nice, which is why I'm giving it a top rating. So many options!

Looks pretty good, tho haven't done much with it yet. To answer the other person's comments, I believe author is noting that you can use WinAmp skins, not those designed by software's author? Sorry, haven't tried skin-ability yet. by: Kittie Spit | 3 | 2005-12-31 | | | | "Too bad!"
At first i thought it was exciting, but in the end it was really bad. Where is all the skins? The settings-windows got a bad layout. It took too long to find a setting. Version 2.16 is better! 3.07 is... I cannot find words. by: Schnappi | 1 | 2005-06-28 | | | | ""
Excellent by: bios | 5 | 2005-06-16 | | | | "Time left"
Great program!!!
I needed this to countdown to St patricks day like they have in the Irish pubs. It was even customize-able in green..:)
Highly recommended! by: Steve | 5 | 2003-02-19 | | | | "Overkill"
It can do a lot but only while it's running and after you've diddled around with it for fair bit to set it up. It used over 7800K of RAM as displayed in Task Manager on a Win2K system. I'll keep looking till I find something leaner. by: Dan | 3 | 2002-11-26 | | | | "Very good!"
TimeLeft is pretty easy and pretty neat. by: Kelly S. | 5 | 2002-06-18 | | | | "Avoid this program"
