Other Thoughts: I am usually reluctant to download freeware but this time I am very pleased. It does everything is says and very quickly too. My main reason for this was for the watermarking feature. It works very well and in batch mode also. Wow, what a time saver. It also lets you resize the photos in batch as well that saves a ton of time. There are many other features this program offers but these were my two main purposes. This is a gem of a program. I wish I would have found it sooner. I think of the countless hours I've spent resizing photos and with this program I could have done it in a fraction of the time. "Works great for me"

Other Thoughts: I'm mainly interested in converting bmp to jpg and this program does it just great. 3 graphics programs displayed the pictures fine. Another program I tried could convert but graphic programs couldn't display the picture. It is so good I intend to make a donation if I can find where to send it. "Great program for resizing images!"

Other Thoughts: FastStone Photo Resizer is an excellent program. I've been using it now for several months and it gets better with each release. To be sure, the interface is a bit complicated. However, once you've played around with some of its more basic resizing functions, the GUI really isn't that intimidating. Also one of the best features of the program is that it allows you to choose from several resizing algorithms. They're pretty good too, resulting in crisp-looking images regardless of whether you resize them significantly up or down. In short, if you need to change image sizes frequently, FastStone Photo Resizer is definitely a freebie that you should have on your hard drive!
