"Great program to have!"
This is a very handy program to have. It collects all the images on your computer so that you have easy access to them from one place. The new image viewer is also very fun to use and you can create very nice slide shows and web albums. 5 stars! by: Picasa User | 5 | 2009-11-09 |

"Barely acceptable"
The photo "editor" is terrible.
They need a manual adjust of the contrast, brightness, red/green/blue filter, saturation, & focus.
As it stands, the "auto" correct totally ruins many good pictures, so I have to give it a 2. by: John | 2 | 2009-11-04 |

"Top Pick"
Awesome for creating full feature movies from slides and video with sound.
If all you are doing is playing with a slide show it does a great job. There are other free software programs to play with the photo quality before production. by: QHoT | 5 | 2009-10-05 |

- Horrid at true image manipulation & correction by: John | 3 | 2009-04-17 |

"Picassa is Goodly"
I have used Picassa since it came on the market as a paid acquisition. It is now better than when we had to pay money. My only quibble is the attachment of a tag to each edited pic..so that brings of pass mark of 99/100! by: mulgabill | 5 | 2009-02-05 |

"Gotta Have"
Why MS did not build this into the OS is beyond most of us. Google should be given great praise for this free add on.
The latest version comes with even more features to use. All in one organizer for almost every type of photo/video file in one place.
One feature I use all the time is the ability to update my Picasa albums. Great way to share with and meet kewl people around the Net.
If you give the software permission, it will update to the newest version, automatically. The developers are intelligent enough to know how to do it without you having to reboot. by: ThisBoy | 5 | 2008-12-20 |

"Try XnView"
XnView is the way to go. Smaller, faster and trustworthy. Google products are never trustworthy. Remember: Google aims at collecting personal data. What is more personal than private photos? by: Master of Spacepigs | 1 | 2008-09-16 |

"Stick with..."
Downloaded, installed, uninstalled. I will stick with Album Shaper, one of the best software of its kind out there. by: Ivehadit | 2 | 2008-02-25 |

"I like but"
Piccasa is a pretty good tool and does a reaonable job. However, I have to say that I prefer to use Fastone which I think is exceptional value for free. by: Mike | 4 | 2007-10-31 |

"great"
I've never seen anything this good before. I find it highly useful as everthing is one click away instead of the patterns in other photo software. by: jj | 5 | 2007-09-15 |
