Pros: Free - no ads, nags, crippled functions, etc.

Preview of photos before selecting.
Multiple photo capability.
Saves as a standard photo file (JPG,BMP,PNG) instead of program unique file like some design programs. Cons: MANY! Selection options, fonts, pages, layout, printing, format options.
Create front of card only - no inside message.
No print function within the program. Saves to only 3 formats.
Can't create your own template, layout, or design - No blank card face, nor can you select/move/delete elements/borders of the template.
No zoomed preview of template thumbnail before selecting - if you want to make out what it is, you have to open it, then close it until you find the one you want.
No font preview, if you want to see font, you have to paste text first. Can't change font/size of already pasted text. Write/paste your message many times until you find font you like, then delete all the others you pasted.
No alignment of pasted photos - you have to eyeball it (they assume your filling the photo box entirely with one photo. Other Thoughts: Better than nothing, but not by much.
If you use this, you'll have to use another program to arrange its placement on the page before printing and yet another program to view fonts.
