Other Thoughts: 5 stars from me! This is a really nice program.
The previous user must either be using windows Vista, or XP with something really messed up on it, because this works for me, & it works great!
Try formatting and settings windows back up (after backing up drivers, pics, music etc first to a flash drive)

Other Thoughts: It needs admin rights to right something to the registry or something. I wouldn't run for me and kept asking for a user account that could.
