"Failed to intialize"

Had a popup window stating "Failed to initialize program", extracting the file and trying to use the program. It was a dead end for me. I have .NET framework 3.5 instead of 1.1, does that make a difference?

"BEST THING GOING"

I was able to make a "Fathead-like" poster for my son'n room of himself! I hung it on his wall like wallpaper, he loves it. Thumbs Up
