"The best thing is its free!" by: Whoopa Other Thoughts: Simplistic, and once you have figured out what your doing, easy to use. I would admit though, that anyone who uses this freeware will have to have patience to make their cursors from scratch. "Good, but a bit too simple..." by: WeAreWatching.co.nr Other Thoughts: It's easy to use, you just run it from the downloaded .exe file (no install), but it could do with a larger selection of colours (ideally, a colour chart that let's you create custom colours).
