Pros: Looks nice Cons: What lacks in the freeware version is not mentioned, as a paid version is available. Other Thoughts: On the developer's website appears this freeware version as well as a professional version. Unable to find the difference between paid and free versions, and when difference is not made available I've encountered too often that the freeware version at one time will say "Sorry, this option is for paid version only, get it now!". This is not clear, and I have no time to waste with riddles. Is it so complicated on the author's homepage to publish : "Freeware-Shareware: differences" ? Sorry Gadwin, maybe a great product but please reconsider your communication. Was this review helpful? 52 out of 107 users found this review helpful.

Other Thoughts: I have used this software for a few months now and find it easy to use. As well being able to send the screen captures to different extentions i.e. jpeg, bmp, tiff etc. Gives a good flexabilityWas this review helpful? 62 out of 124 users found this review helpful.

Other Thoughts: On Windows 2000, Gadwin is not always reliable regarding for its special features such as cursor capture (the captured cursor shape, for example, is an hourglass instead of the pointer it was supposed to be) and the Active Window capture either captures all open windows, or makes the desktop icons disappear (easily remedied with a screen refresh). I'd tried contacting Gadwin support a few times about the cursor problem but they never responded, and obviously, since it's still version 2.6 which is over a year old, they haven't been too keen on working out the kinks.
File saving is nice, offering all the most popular formats and automatic file naming.
Overall, it's a full-featured program, especially for freeware, but your mileage may vary in its functionality. Was this review helpful? 80 out of 134 users found this review helpful.

Other Thoughts: Good program, but I wish it didn't have to pop up that capturing screen. I like to capture full screen programs that minimize when another application pops up.Was this review helpful? 64 out of 124 users found this review helpful.
