it works, just the size of 500k and it is a green portable app, turns down the .chm to .htm accurately in seconds, this is a good tool in today's world that many ebook,app,game and various media are being "decode" on the essential browser...
but a bug is detected " you MUST rename all the source into standard iso letters before the conversion"
