There is no special valuable features regarding html. All it can do is placement of tag pairs like a href= /a which has no intelligence. When a user sees "HTML Notepad", he would expect context sensitive popups like when one types li style=, then a list of available CSS style pops up for selection. This software does not provide that kind of help.
