| "to kross" hi kross. when i tried limewire i wasnt using ares at the same time. i stand by my review though in terms of limewire not being the best fsp. its complicated to set up and requires more power than the space shuttle. its riddled with viruses, malware and spyware and with so many fsp available its been well overtaken by a number of better programs that are more efficient and not tied to the awful gnutella network.

| "don't torrent" Don't torrent, it uses 100% CPU and crashes. Fed up of serious error recovery.
re viruses, look at file size and bitrate.
No bitrate equals dodgy.
Any file less than 3000K equals trojan downloader.
Will someone do something a bout the"cute girl has orgasm" file which appears on most searches??? obvious virus!!!

| "It Works!!!" This version of limewire works great, and to the previous comment, the reason your version of limewire is not working correctly could be due to ares conflicting. I've got a fast broadband connection, and have no problems at all dling. It does have a media player, you just have to turn it on in options...

| "be very careful" rapid is bang on. this was once the only choice but now id choose to leave it. if you do go ahead then be advised. firstly you will have to change all the settings as they are mad. the download to upload rate is nuts so when you first start downloading it seems quick but after a short time it will grind to a halt due to so many uploads going on. the parental filters are totally useless and if your downloading anything in quicktime format its usually a virus or malware. it dosent contain a media player it simply plugs into media player or quicktime on your system. i would say try ares. ive been using it nw for 8 months and its much superior.

| "last chance for limewire." I've been using this free version of limewire for over 2 years. What was once a must-have P2P program is now a dispensable freeware. If you search something, lots of explicit videos, viruses and spywares disguising as what you're looking for, appear. I just uninstalled it. Limewire better do something.

| "crusty pants" used to be good a few months ago but is now kak. it breaks down more times than sienna miller and its download speed is average. try ares its much better lighter and quicker and you can find anything on it.
