"fantastic"

Had a problem with trying to sort dead email addresses from our mailing lists. Huge mail lists meant hundreds of rejected emails. Searched for hours to find a free simple program to extract email addresses from a mail box.

I finally found this after all those hours, and what a ripper it is.

For all those mail list admins, simply create a new mailbox in OE and do a dump rule to it like "no such user" in the body.

Do a quick simple scan with this tool, and extract all email addresses to a txt file. Get rid of the garbage like mail identifiers, mount the remaining items in a spreadsheet column, place your mailing list in an adjacent column, and then do conditional formatting with highlight.

Hey presto, a quick and simple method of cleaning out dead email addresses from your mailing list.

Thanks emailsoft for really useful free software.
