"v-1.07.3" Either this is not 2k compatible or it requires Microsoft's .Net2 Framework ... because when I try the desktop shortcut, I get a message: "The procedure entry point freeaddrinfo could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll" --- this dll does exist in my system32 folder.(I even tried the 1.07.(4) @ 960kb, not released here and just in case). But, with IE, it does still block ads though I cannot update or configure it. I presume it needs .Net2 because the version-2 needs it. (Version-2 is not 2k compatible). by: mweizor	2	2008-01-25

"What's not to like?" Had some issues with blocking. Email support was prompt, useful and helped. It does everything it says and it's free. Got rid of my trial versions of AdAware. Thanks guys. by: bean1983	5	2007-03-12

"Funny" This is a killer app. Can't understand the negative vibes. It does what it says. The support is excellent and it is free. I guess it must be the 'press any key' ('Where the hell is the anykey) crowd that is challenged by this. sQusi works better for me than AdAware Se/Pro by: Truthy	5	2007-03-11

"Great little program" Excellent program. Cleans 90 per cent of ads and allows me to deal with the remaining 10 percent via the block/unblock feature. Forget the stupid hosts files. This is a huge step foward by: rabblerouzer	5	2007-03-06

"This works" I have no clue what the other reviewers are thinking. This little app works fine for me. It does more than the 'try before you buy' programs out there. Install/uninstall is a breeze. There is an extensive FAQ section on the site easy enough for all but the cretinous. Perhaps a couple of the 'try before you buy' crowd is feeling the heat?
