This is the best browser I have seen or used. Very Highly recommend this. To the previous "complainer" about wanting to have it install everything off line: This is a browser for use on line. What is the big deal about it needing extra files from it's web site? Go the extra step and let it download the files. You will be very happy with this browser if you do! by: Ken B | 5 | 2009-08-09 | | | | "offline downloads"
I have not been able to complete the installation process after program installs itself and then goes online for further downloads, which are much larger. Developers, please provide links to engines, plug-ins, etc. for offline installations, otherwise for every computer one has to go online, which is not fair. by: delsee | 1 | 2009-08-08 | | | | "A Impressive browser"
Lunascape was a new browser to me -so I give it a go. It's a excellent browser! I'm still testing it but it seems smooth running and stable - and with a load of extras.
Two points though. The version I downloaded from this site doesn't allow you to switch to the Gecko engine. Or have I missed something?
Secondly, some more skins would be appreciated but this is just a small point. by: Stevo | 5 | 2007-05-21 | | | | "Big browser! ^^"
Very good browser! I have not yet test everything, but what I've seen so far is worth seeing! Just check out the Favorites bar! I am a hard user of favorites in IE, and it's a real delight to be able to drag&drop links and tabs directly in the bar! In my drag&drop's fever I even tried to drar&drop shortcuts from desktop, and guess what? It works!!!!
Those who are used to browsers like Maxthon or Firefox may prefer the Classic mode, but the Simple mode has a cool design and IE7 users (like me ^^) may find it convenient.
Anyway, a must to download!!

Wow! I have no idea where the browser came from. Until I noticed it here on FreewareFiles.com, I had never heard of it. So, I downloaded it and gave it a try. To my surprise, the browser turned out to be truly awesome. It has all of the whizbangs and features that you find in other Windows-compatible browsers such as Maxthon, Avant, and GreenBrowser. However, it also has some completey unique features that make browsing a delight. One thing to watch, though, is to be sure to select "Classic" from above Lunascape's menu bar when you run the browser for the first time otherwise, you'll find yourself in Lunascape's "simple" GUI -- which is a bit weird to use. Selecting "Classic" gives you a GUI that looks (and functions) much like the Maxthon and Avant GUIs. Anyway, try Lunascape. I'm sure that, as I was, you'll be delighted by just how good it is! by: CharlieOrlando | 5 | 2007-05-17 | | | |
