good script and easy in use

This is pretty darn cool app. Now I can have a "private" conversation with one or two others, and not have to use one of the "major" IM programs. Of course, this won't REPLACE the major IM programs, but for my limited, special use, I give it two thumbs up.

I downloaded it from the author's site too. And it works well, but the "description" isn't correct. It reads that the newest message appears at the top of a scrollable area. The author must have fixed the code but didn't change the description because the most recent message is at the bottom of the scrollable area, and the area always automatically scrolls to the bottom, like it should, like other chat programs.
Just thought I'd mention this.
So, bottom-line, I give a 4, too.

This is pretty darn cool. I had no idea you could do this with Ajax. I downloaded the one from the author's site because I've found out that sometimes the mirror sites don't have the latest version. Anyway, we are using this for our work group. It's good because even if we are not chatting, we can post a message and the others can come along later and it will still be there. I'm probably going to change some of the colors and appearance styles, but beyond that I like it.
