"user" This software does not work with DSL. It does have an uninstaller, and you can download an unblocker. I don't why this would help a dial-up connection. Because the whole purpose to block the internet from your system. This only applies to DSL or maybe cable. Allow it has an uninstaller, I used Windows system restore. I only gave it a 2 because it did not work for me. There is way (that I found) to contract the software company. by: John	2	2007-11-26
