"V 1.5" The software installed with no problems in Vista Home Premium. I did calculate a gain of 8% in speed, if I moved the slider to the 4th place (the one that is mentioned to place between 2 and 6). However I also noticed a difference in speed in my PC (i.e. it ran faster). Is this an overclocking software. I tried to find out on the owner's web site, but no contact information is given. If it is an overclocking software I'd be very cautious, as the CPU could get too hot. by: mjdemontigny	5	2008-02-14

"I'm pleased" Very simple and easy to use. I have a 150 MB satellite connection, but in real life it usually tops out from 14-145. Now I consistently get between 169-174. Not huge difference maybe, but it helps and it is free. by: spider	4	2007-12-31

"TO BE OR NOT TO BE ??" I HATE DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE THAT LOOKS A GOOD IDEA AND THEN APPEARS TO BE NOT. ADJUSTED BOTH SETS OF SLIDERS TO WITHIN THE PARAMETERS STATED AND RESTARTED COMPUTER.FOUND THAT THE SLIDERS HAD RESET THEMSELVES TO ORIGINAL SETTINGS WHEN THE SOFTWARE OPENS. NO HELP FILES EXCEPT ON WEBSITE AND THAT IS FOR VALUE 1-6 OR MORE TIMES. COULD THE ANSWER BE I HAVE A WIRELESS CONNECTION AND NOT A CABLED CONNECTION,COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM. Only 2 selections, but no explanation as to what they're for except the caution on using the multiplier. A little better description of the controls or some simple help screens would really help.
