"No something is misssing"
Earlier I used to use incredimail client, when ever I used to receive an email, it used to display so many animations on my screen etc, and I dont think so there is any client available on the earth which can provide me with that feature, but the biggest disadvantage of it was that it was making me to purchase this client by displaying continuous ads, as it was a freeware just because of that I had to switch to thunderbird, but I think thunderbird is just an average compared to incredimail

"Always Works"
WOrks just as good as v2.0.0.18 did. All of my extensions work fine and no disasters as described by others.
I dumped Windows Mail six months ago and Thunderbird has convinced me to never go back. Far more flexibility and the only problems I have had were operator errors.
Its features allow me to monitor six gmail accounts, one hotmail account and a couple others without a hitch.
My only complaint is the lack of themes available for v2.X by: RanMan | 5 | 2008-12-31 |

"iPhone and Thunderbird"
Ok, I downloaded this the first time and deleted it because I could not sync it with my iPhone. However, I made a discovery that saved the day. Since my Windows Mail is crap, I unchecked the sync with Windows Mail box in my iPhone sync-up area and left the account settings on the phone. Then I redownloaded Thunderbird and it works as well. Now, when I receive an email on my phone, TB can't get it and visa versa. However, if I get an email on my phone that I can't do anything with (like a document I have to sign electronically and send back), I can just forward it to myself and receive it with TB. Only one POP3 action is allowed at a time on my comcast account with this method, unlike the 2 available when using Mail. Small price to pay to get rid of that crap Windows Mail. by: barrytheblade | 5 | 2008-09-03 |

"Word Of Warning Here."
Word Of Warning Here. I Downloaded & Installed And Tried This So Called Nice Email Program.Well Guess What I Found Out ? When You Want to Forward An Email To Friends,That You Received From Other Family or Friends And Want to Pass it Along to Others,You Cannot Cut out The Forwarded Email Address After it was sent to You,So when you Pass it along to someone else,Your Own and ever other email Address is passed along to.
Also when you want to uninstall this program, and if you use firefox browser, you will also loose your firefox browser bookmarks.Which this happened to me.Mozilla Should fix this problem if you ask me. by: Betty Boop | 2 | 2007-08-10 |

"trouble with non-English titles"
Even though I have set the charset to Chinese, some (but not all, that's the trouble) Chinese titles in Sent Mail box show up as strange symbols. If you guys say "I've no problem", probably you are not reading Chinese or you are lucky, because this problem does not always occur, but only in some cases. by: Henda | 1 | 2007-06-02 |

"With performance improvements"
Thunderbird 2 seems more responsive. I experienced the same effect when upgrading to Firefox 2 so I was looking forward to this upgrade. by: Guy | 5 | 2007-04-20 |

"OOOOHHH YEAH"
Excellent - as usual. Unfortunately, my co-workers use MS Express, and have regular viruses to contend with blasting out emails. I use ThunderBird - and never had a virus yet. OOOOOH YEAH. by: microsquishee | 5 | 2007-04-19 |
