with an account.
Meaning if you want to call
your local pizza joint to order
a pizza with it then you have
to create an account with the
pizza shops number registered to it.
you'll have to do this with
EVERY landline/cell number you want to call.
If you want to call PC-phone
without having to do that
then use WWW.ICALL.COM
or WWW.FREECALL.COM
Just install, create an account
and start calling. Icall even
has local incoming numbers in several countries/cities so
callers phone users can reach you
dialing local and then entering your 5 digit extension.

Free is PC-PC calls and ALL VOIP
software apps are free for that.
Skype is free for PC-PHONE anywhere
in North America until Dec 31 2006
and gives free long-distance to various other countries each month.
I have never seen current online Skype users drop below 3.4 Million
at any time of the day or night.
Skype killer....not fricken likely.
