Can't believe that such a great tool is free ... but it is. My recommendation.

I tried several live support systems in the last week, most of them were hosted solutions. As i don't want to have monthly costs i was looking for adequate freeware and LiveZilla is exactly what i am looking for! The installation wizard works great and the operator console looks tidy and offers everything you may need. LiveZilla even has WebCam support.
