Easy Burning works great on my old Win98SE, allowing me as no other freeware app I've found to burn extra-long filenames [Long Joliet; 103 characters, as I recall]. Other cool free burners I've tried are CDBurnerXP [despite name, works in Win98SE], and BurnAtOnce.
