"easily the best free burn software"

ImgBurn 2.5.5.0
Pros: It is a very complete software that can burn anything. It also offers advanced functions, but still is very easy to use for average users. Cons: It offers to install the Ask toolbar. Just untick that checkbox during installation. Other Thoughts: I've tried various burn software, e.g. DeepBurner, InfraRecorder, etc, but they all had some flaws. "Get rid of scumware!"

Pros: Great proggie when it was adware-free! Cons: The Ask crap goes on the Internet the moment you double-click the ImgBurn installer, before you've even seen the welcome screen. (A good firewall will alert you immediately.) Tries to go to 74.113.233.61 - that's iaccap.com which has a very poor reputation:

"Needs multi-session and includes ask toolbar"

Other Thoughts: on installing, checkbox by "accept license agreement and install ask toolbar" makes you feel compelled to ad this crap (as if enough of this kind of thing isn't on the web already). Other Thoughts: Its really a shame but this program if full of ads. the original setup file size of 2.5.0.0 is 2MB now this is 4MB that mean is the double size only with adwares.
