"Works fine"

Seems to work fine converting WMV to MPEG1. I also had a problem converting the size and got the error message 29.97 floating point thing. Change the FPS to custom and choose 30. You won't see the 29.97 error again.

"worked fine BUT"

this worked fine and converted my avi into mpeg but the default setting enlarged it from(320x240) into (720x480)
when i tried advanced options and set it to the right size i keep getting an error message.....
'29.97' is not a valid floating point value
i get this message with everything other than the default...does anyone know why this is??

"To Rodger"

Rodger, have you tried the last freeware version of vso's DivxToDVD? I think it was vers 0.52b or something. You can still find it. Try Google, or search alt.comp.freeware via groups.google.com.

vso's freeware is highly recommended!
