"Worked perfectly"

Other Thoughts: Plugged in an iPod, told it to copy everything off into the folder I specified, it cranked away at hundreds of songs in just a few minutes. That's what it said it would do and that's what it did, great program.Was this review helpful? 374 out of 410 users found this review helpful.

"Perfect"

Other Thoughts: Did just what it said.
After connecting the ipod, I started the program, it recognized the files on the ipod.
Told them where to save, ticked the songs to transfer & then select the transfer button.
Less than 1 minute & it was copying the files.

"Rubbish ! ! !"

Other Thoughts: 1) Install program.
2) Connect iPod and run program.
3) An Error Box appears that states 'No disk in drive'.
Disk ? What disk ? This is supposed to be an iPod Manager !
4) The error box has 3 buttons - Cancel, Retry, and Continue. None of these buttons do anything, you can click on them all day without anything happening !
5) Click on the close button (X) on the error box. This freezes the program and locks up your PC, forcing a restart.
