The best compact media player I've found. I used to use Fusion Media Player but I find this much more stable. I didn't like the default skin so I downloaded more skins from the developer's website--there are tons of 'em. The Trinity skin is my favorite. My only beef is that it uses an unusual amount of resources in normal mode. The solution is to minimize it to the system tray. by: RayguardKnight | 5 | 2009-03-26 |

Thanks to Heaven that is only a beta. The most advisable thing is to wait the stable version of this magnificent music player.

"Good"
Sounds good, & automatically resumes where you last closed it off at.
If you exit a song, it starts where you left off.
Good sound, good features, but WEIRD looking skin.

"Not bad, but..."
Better than most, but not as good as AIMP. Flat setting on the equalizer was the best in avoiding over saturations of some songs, but left most of the bass out. When I have AIMP in the Rock EQ I don't have that problem. I rated it "good" because it's better sonic quality than WMP and the like, but not as "very good" as AIMP. No ones made an "excellent" player yet, but after trying this one out I uninstalled it. Not worth keeping over AIMP. by: micronerdo | 3 | 2008-02-14 |

"...behind Xion there are people that perfectly understands the phenomenons of the sound..."
If Winamp and Windows Media have begun to pass to the prehistory for a work of art of AIMP 2, with Xion Audio Player will be buried, definitively. I could not give credit to what I listened during the first compasses of a mp 3 at 32 kbps / 16 kHz with the Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, leaving victorious of a couple of small speakers and a woofer of 3’’ with hardly 10 W RMS of power in total. It was a beating experience to find out the extraordinary quality of the equalizer presets that has incorporate Xion Audio Player! This is the most important characteristic of it, because Xion brings 23 in total, of which "Boost", "Deep" and "Loudness" demonstrate that there is not necessity to pay hundred of dollars in peripheral devices to enjoy with power and without distortions the music that we have in the computer. I like to know that behind Xion there are people - Congratulations, Cliff! - that perfectly understands the phenomenons of the sound, the acoustics and the electronic behavior of the digitized music.
