"Quite interesting"
Many apps doesn't work anymore under vista when installing SP1 and this one too. The fault is from microsoft who try to force developers to buy their new .net system. I email alpha and they say they won't rewrite everything for SP1 but maybe for W7. Anyway for me it is great as I have uninstalled SP1, too many problems.

ans I read it throughly. this is not a lite version, it is a free version which can be upgraded to some professional features for $5, $1 or $0
It even given free to kids and others.
Not what you said. I use it for 2 month already, I never even needed more features and its the best I ever seen.
these people certainly spend a lot of time and money to do it and they give a free version that is quite complete already. you should respect it and thank them.
What have you ever done and given in your life ?
Does microsoft or apple give you a computer and windows free?

"Best choice from far"
I am now installing this player on all the PCs I sell as it got first class quality and no useless graphics. There is a problem in vista if got SP1. The problem comes from SP1/microsoft that makes many other apps fail too.
You still can install by running in admin with elevation but anyway we have stopped to add SP1 as there too many problems and many customer ask us to put back XP :)

Also people who did it give it free, they must have worked a lot so what right have we to complain ? or maybe you have a player here and nobody download yours ? I use this player since 3 weeks already, perfectly satisfied, I even mail for support and they answered me without asking anything. respect !

It is a poor player to download. Comes with a lot of nagscreens thru different download sites who will trick you in to paying. The rating on their sites does not lets you go under 3. I think this is a 1 = poor

I thought this looked pretty cool and I was right it was so cool it froze my pc during installation. After three attempts I gave up so can't how good the features since never got to try them.

Alpha 2 Player 2.3.0 didn't work in Windows Vista Home Premium SP 1. Double-click upon the Icon did not open a window, nothing happened. No error was displayed. Frusted I uninstalled.

Long time I did not feel so happy ! I just downloaded Alpha 2 and .. is it a joke ? a game ? I got so much fun clicking here and there, the thing become transparent, loose it clothes, ha ha ha Then, a miracle, I click on a blue icon and a radio set open (already laughing like crazy..) then I click again and this FANTASTIC song came out, its called Mich Gerber. I didn't know it before and now I am in love, with the song and with the player !
I had to share this. You got to try it ! Thank you freeware files, you got a great one and thanks to you Mr Alpha. long life to you (so you can fix the "Not yet implemented" ha ha ha ha )
