"Very good product I like very much"

JetAudio Basic 8.0.14
Pros: It's a very good multimedia player I use for a long time. I can play lot of audio and video formats. Lyrics are supported, audio conversions, DVD reading, .... Other Thoughts: good for watching videos but beside that i didn't really like it cos of stuff like ads poping up, duplicates in my music lib( bug ), or lyrics feature that isn't working since few years ago (additionally i have read on jetaudio forum that cowon totally abandoned this project and they don't support it, for example lyrics are not working 4 years if not 6)
Still good for watching movies and has shutdown option i liked, but oh well, winamp has it too in form of plugin and beats jetaudo in every way except playing movies.Was this review helpful? 35 out of 78 users found this review helpful.

"Superb Sound"

Other Thoughts: You won't believe how good this sounds. The paid upgrade is better but even the basic is better than anything that winamp or its clones produces; regardless of the dsp plug-in. It's truly amazing.

Other Thoughts: I have used this player for years. My computer plays media through two 45 inch screens and a multi channel sound system in my media room and by choice through out my house. I use Jet Audio exclusively for doing this. I have NEVER had a problem with the program or the player. Someone made a comment of 'yuck' re: the silver bar skin at the screens bottom, I find this skin to be least intrusive and I use it all the time. Other Thoughts: This version looks nothing like the screenshot-it has a smaller interface plus a bar that goes above the taskbar-yuk! Other Thoughts: best free player you can hope to find. for the last reviewer who didnt like the look of this player...download some different skins. This player way outdoes winamp in all ways exept the number of skins available although I will not knock winamp. "Installed and uninstalled within one hour"

Other Thoughts: JetAudio Basic v7.0.1 appeared to have a lot of potential according to the reviews and program info. Unfortunately, the installed program (XP Pro) did not live up to expectations. The GUI is absolutely horrible, both from a visualization and functionality perspective. Changing the color schemes did nothing to improve the situation. The audio player appeared to function well and the sound was excellent (did not test on video and CD), but I could not get past the very poor GUI. I'll stay with VUPlayer and Winamp.
