| "Exactly what I needed" This compact little program does exactly what its supposed to, and does it well. To those with grumbling reviews, I expect you were trying to rip the audio off your DVDs -but this program only takes the audio out of DVD Files, not the DVDs themselves.
It took the audio out of my mpg file perfectly, the interface, though small, was easy to understand and straightforward, I had no problems at all!
Would recommend to anyone.

| "Good....But....................." Touch and go. Try downloading Audacity instead (its free as well!)Run audacity in one window and your dvd in another (using say, media player classic). Set audacity's input as 'stereo mixer' and press record when your dvd is at the right bit. Disadvantages of this are obvious however, as you have to do it in realtime.

| "OK 4 Free" True, this is a bit fiddly cos i couldn't get the pics or sound, and its hard to navigate the DVD, but i will use it again. It sounds great the bit i ripped (selected randomly of a dvd) and maybe i'll get used to it. And its FREE!

| "Pretty Good" Good program, pity it's not in a re-sizable window. View can get cluttered up very easily... other than that, did what it was supposed to do, which was encode audio from videos as mp3 format. Would have been good to have other format options.
