I followed all the directions and it started installing to my second hard drive.Then, my computer froze(first time for everything).It should Install in the main drive, not both....

Doesn't say it only lets you register if you are in the USA! It only lets you put in companies in the USA also.
Complete waste of time unless your business in USA only!

"Don't bother"
No wonder they're giving this away for nothing, it's worthless! Used up all my download limit, then needed XP SP2 with all it's extra baggage and now tells me my hardware is not good enough! Get real Microsoft, I'll stick with a 10 year old Quickbooks that works, thanks.
